1. When Does Kisserine Accept Product Exchanges?
- Exchanges are only accepted for products with manufacturer defects.
- Customers can exchange products if the received item does not match the description (wrong product or incorrect size sent).
2. Conditions for Returns:
- Kisserine will only address complaints if an unboxing video is provided.
- The product must be in its original condition with tags and receipt intact. It should not be soiled, have an unusual smell, or be washed/used.
- The product must not be damaged due to the customer’s handling or storage.
- Kisserine is not responsible for incorrect advice given by staff, as online consultations are only approximate and cannot be 100% accurate. Each product has standard measurements that also depend on the wearer's body shape.
3. Customer Support Policy:
- Kisserine covers 100% of the two-way shipping costs for products with manufacturer defects.
4. Return Process:
- Contact Kisserine directly through Instagram or Facebook to report the product condition and order information.
- After receiving your order and checking its condition, Kisserine will reach out and send you a new order.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
